Chiram Strategic Group acquired Soho Delivery

pspan class="black"The Chiram Strategic Group is pleased to announce the
acquisition of the business and assets of Soho Delivery through its
Dial-A-Dinner Limited subsidiary. Dial-A-Dinner Limited is owned and operated by
Mr. Raju Harilela - winner of last year''s SCMP/DHL Young Entrepreneur Award -
and is the only son of Mr. Gary N. Harilela J.P., one of the founders of the
Harilela Group of Companies. br

Dial-A-Dinner was initially founded in 1998 by Mr. Raju Harilela and has
expanded to 3 districts: Island North Shore (covering Taikoo Shing to Pokfulam
to Peak #54), Island South Shore (covering Tai Tam to Shouson Hill including
Repulse Bay and Stanley), and Kowloon (covering West Kowloon to Beacon Hill to
Kowloon City). Currently, there are 70 restaurants participating in
Dial-A-Dinner''s program and the acquisition of Soho Delivery by Dial-A-Dinner
will add a further 24 restaurants taking the total to 94. Mr. Harilela believes
that 100 restaurants will be covered within the group''s program by early 2004.

Mr. Harilela also owns 8 restaurants and 4 trading businesses all related to the
food & beverage field. The purchase of Soho Delivery is seen as a strategic move
as the firm seeks to reorganise its assets, including Harilela Land Investments
Ltd., with plans to list on Hong Kong''s stock exchange. "The Chiram Group
continues to be a privately held company, while the Chiram Strategic Group''s
vision is to realise a public offering." br
