In our eighth years of operation, Dial-A-Dinner continues to bring to your doorstep gourmet meals prepared by professional chefs from Hong Kong's best restaurants. We've adopted a tag line "We deliver Hong Kong's Best Restaurants."

The Cost?

At exceptional value which includes culinary dishes of the top chefs from popular restaurants.
Delivery charge: 10% on total bill or a maximum of HK$200 per order.

How does it work?

Your order can be made either online or by phone. When you place an order through our web server, our software automatically sends it to us and our operators will call you to confirm. Your order will then be prepared by the restaurant(s) to its(their) assured quality standards. The meal is then promptly delivered using special equipment so that it arrives fresh and hot. Deliveries occur normally within 50 minutes.

How do I know my order has gone through?

When you complete the checkout process, our computer will tell you that your order has been sent. We take it from there to make sure the restaurant receives your order. You will also receive an email confirmation message from us after your order has been confirmed by the restaurant (though you need not wait for this email to know that your order has been sent). If there is any kind of problem with your order, we will attempt to contact you by telephone and/or email. Please make sure to always include a current telephone number where you can be reached, in case we need to contact you.
